01Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Lamaglide, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, you may not use the service.

02Who can use Lamaglide

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Lamaglide. During the private beta, access is granted by invitation and we may approve, decline or revoke access at our discretion.

03Your account

You’re responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login credentials confidential, and to let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account.

04Acceptable use

When using Lamaglide, you agree not to:

• Break the law, or use Lamaglide for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.
• Scrape, harvest or bulk-extract content or data from the service, or exceed the usage limits we set.
• Resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the service or its content without our permission.
• Upload or submit content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes someone else’s rights.

We may set and enforce reasonable usage limits to keep the service secure, fair and sustainable.

05Places and travel information

Lamaglide shows information about places — such as descriptions, photos, ratings, opening hours, prices and estimated travel times — gathered from a variety of sources and enriched with our own editorial content.

We work hard to keep this information useful, but we can’t guarantee it is always accurate, complete or up to date. Opening hours change, venues close, and estimates are just that. Always verify important details — opening hours, prices, closures, entry requirements — directly with the venue or an official source before you travel. Your use of any place information is at your own discretion and risk.

06A planning tool, not a travel agency

Lamaglide is a trip-planning tool. We are not a travel agency, tour operator or booking platform. We don’t sell flights, accommodation, tickets or tours, and we don’t take payments or make reservations on your behalf. Any booking you make happens directly with a third party, under that third party’s own terms, and Lamaglide is not a party to it.

07Intellectual property

Lamaglide, including its design, software, and editorial content we create, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Lamaglide for your own trip planning. You keep ownership of the content you create, such as your trips and notes, and you grant us the limited rights we need to store and display it back to you as part of the service.

08Beta service — provided “as is”

Lamaglide is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. Because Lamaglide is in beta, it may contain errors, be interrupted, or change without notice. We don’t promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any information in it is accurate.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lamaglide will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service, including travel decisions made based on information shown in Lamaglide. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10Suspension and termination

You can stop using Lamaglide and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or where we need to for legal or security reasons. We may also discontinue the service, in whole or in part, as it evolves.

11Changes to the service and these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. By continuing to use Lamaglide after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
