Commissioned by Napoleon in 1806 to celebrate his military victories, this 50-meter arch stands at the center of Place Charles-de-Gaulle. Its sculpted bas-reliefs depict Napoleonic campaigns. The rooftop terrace offers clear views over the twelve radiating avenues.
